Quality Control
A quality control system is essential to ensure the process from design to installation achieves the business objectives for any given project. Beyond the design process, a handover of documentation mitigates and reduces the risk of gaps during the manufacture and fabrication phase.
Our diligent attention to quality includes maintaining documentation control as well as processes and procedures to ensure all requirements are checked and verified according to drawings and specifications prior to installation. This process is continued onsite to verify that all works are completed according to relevant specifications in order to ensure a successful commissioning process and project handover upon completion.
Our quality control processes include:
Tender and contract review prior to awarding works.
Design control through the design verification process.
Development of inspection and test plans for fabrication and site installation.
Non conformance reporting to ensure continuous improvements are implemented.
Corrective and preventative action procedures.
