Change Management

Change management can require a multitude of evolutions happening concurrently, including installation of new equipment, adoption of new tools, processes, and physical relocations.

In any change management period, the documentation of processes, as well as thorough communication, can either make or break the success of a project.

To maintain transitions throughout every project we map out detailed timelines which identify the various stages where communications and decisions are required by stakeholders. These stakeholders include  employees and directors to communities and councils. We aim to  capture the appropriate approvals prior to proceeding to the next phase to guarantee a smooth project transition. Our documentation becomes a critical point of reference ensuring that the agreed changes are implemented and the relevant parties are included in the communication process.

Our change and systems management processes include:

  • Dedicated systems to capture all tasks required for the change management process, specific to each project’s requirements.

  • Procedures to capture and implement all stakeholder input through a consultation process.

  • Specific new site inductions to ensure staff are aware of the new environment.

  • Risk assessment processes to correctly identify safety and quality requirements.
