Lucas is the Director of LM Engineering and a senior project manager. Lucas has extensive experience in Mechanical Design, Fabrication and Product Management.

Project Highlight
One of Lucas’s most challenging and rewarding projects was a design and construction initiative for a major chemical manufacturer in Melbourne. The project involved interpreting existing production operations and completing the design of a new automated manufacturing process, in order to establish a more productive and safe manufacturing facility. The project also involved relocating all operations to a newly constructed office facility in conjunction with construction of the new plant. The project was completed successfully and has now been operating for over five years.
As well as running the business and leading the team, Lucas continues to work as a Project Manager and has developed close relationships with clients who now consider LM Engineering to be an extension of their own businesses.
