Over the past 10 years, Craig has accumulated a diverse body of experience in both project and construction management. He has worked on project teams as well as in capital project departments for manufacturing organisations, with a core focus on site facilities and upgrades across Victoria and Tasmania.
Craig’s systematic approach to project management ensures a flawless attention to detail through the design, construction and commissioning phases. With a specialisation in pharmaceutical and food and beverage manufacturing, he is highly skilled in managing projects within production facilities, focusing on quality control and optimising production requirements.
A great communicator, Craig is renowned for his first-class stakeholder management, particularly through the change management process.
Project Highlight
While having been fortunate to work on many interesting projects, Craig’s career highlight is the extensive travel he’s done to some of Australia’s most remote regions, as part of the numerous projects he’s been part of. He has travelled across Australia with projects from country Victoria, to Western Australia’s Pilbara region, as well as to Tasmania’s north coast. He has also worked regularly around Melbourne and Sydney, becoming familiar with both cities while taking on new challenges and developing as an Engineer and Project Manager.
